This New Year’s counselling package includes four one-hour in-person counselling sessions, offering you a dedicated space to reflect on where you’ve been, understand current challenges, and intentionally shape how you want to move through 2026.
Alongside the sessions, you’ll receive a 2026 Reflection & Planning Workbook, designed to help you explore patterns from the past year, clarify your values and goals, and turn insight into practical, sustainable habits that support your mental and emotional well-being.
This package is ideal if you’re looking for a more grounded and supportive start to the year, moving beyond quick resolutions toward meaningful, lasting change.
